Terms & Conditions / Work Agreement
By booking a session, program, or retreat with me, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
This agreement is intended to create clarity, transparency, and mutual respect.
Bookings & Payments
- Sessions and programs are confirmed after payment or as agreed in writing.
- Payments are made via bank transfer or a secure third-party payment processor.
- For group programs or retreats, specific payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance without charge.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged in full.
- For programs or retreats, separate cancellation terms apply and will be shared upon booking.
Refunds
- No refunds are offered for completed sessions or partially completed programs.
- If I am unable to deliver a session or service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
Confidentiality
- Everything shared in sessions is treated as confidential.
- Exceptions apply only if disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Scope of Work
- My work supports personal, relational, and spiritual growth.
- It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
- You remain responsible for your own well-being, boundaries, and choices throughout the process.

This work is offered with care, presence, and professional integrity.
By engaging in it, you agree to take responsibility for your participation, and to seek additional professional support if needed.
