Transformation isn’t about fixing yourself- it’s about shedding what no longer fits, and meeting life as it is. My approach is grounded in presence, body awareness, and deep relational inquiry.

We begin with what’s real in the moment: emotions, sensations, stuck energy, patterns, relationships. Together, we explore not only the surface- but the deeper structures underneath: stories, strategies, and nervous system responses.

Each session is attuned to where you are. There’s no rigid protocol- only what’s alive, asking to be seen, felt, and transformed.

Understand what moves you and where you (unconsciously) hold yourself back – through insight, self-reflection, and body awareness- to create new, more authentic responses—moving beyond old patterns into greater freedom and connection.

This work supports you in truly getting to know yourself: your patterns, strategies, and conditioning- how you’ve adapted to survive, to be accepted, or to avoid conflict.

Together, we explore themes like communication, autonomy, boundaries, and what you deeply long for in connection. At the same time, we begin to uncover where you hold yourself back; in avoidance, resistance, or the stories you believe about yourself.

When you get clear on the truth of your desires, you can also begin to see how you may (unconsciously) undermine them.

This work brings insight, but it doesn’t happen through thinking alone. We slow down so you can drop beneath the noise of thought. From there, a deeper knowing can emerge, not something you force, but something that naturally rises when there’s space and presence.

Guided inquiry and reflection foster clarity, self-awareness and help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Embodiment is the practice of being fully with yourself- body, emotion, breath, and sensation- without needing to change or judge what’s there. Through grounded techniques like body-based meditation and breath awareness, we explore your inner landscape with curiosity and compassion.

This helps unwind conditioned responses and brings you back to the intelligence of your body. As you learn to hold space for your feelings, your intuition and capacity for (self) love deepen.

In our sessions, I may integrate tools like guided relaxation, breathwork, hands-on bodywork, and grounding practices to help calm your nervous system and reconnect with your felt experience. These simple yet powerful techniques support energy release, emotional integration, and a deeper sense of safety in your body – so you can land more fully in yourself and open space for healing.

Relationships are the most powerful mirrors we have for our inner world. They show us where we’re open- and where we still protect, control, or abandon ourselves. Whether it’s tension in a romantic relationship, family dynamic, friendship, or a non-traditional relational structure (like polyamory)- relational work brings unconscious patterns to the surface.

It helps you not only see the pain, but also what’s possible. This work isn’t about “fixing” relationships. It’s about showing up differently within them. Through honest self-inquiry and practical tools, the way you relate to yourself and others begins to shift- creating space for deeper connection, clear boundaries, and love rooted in truth.

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises)

Let go of long-held tension and find ease, healthy nervous system and emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to your body.

TRE® activates your body’s natural stress-release mechanism, helping you discharge stored tension- even trauma- and rebalance your nervous system. This mechanism is gently stimulated through simple physical exercises that help long-held (muscular) tension- often stored for years- to gradually discharge.

Especially helpful when talking doesn’t bring relief, TRE® is body-led, gentle, and doesn’t require you to relive the original story. This process helps regulate your nervous system and restore a sense of groundedness.

Microdosing involves taking a very small amount of psilocybin-containing truffles or mushrooms- not to trip, but to support emotional openness, clarity, and personal growth.

When used intentionally, with guidance, microdosing can be a gentle yet powerful support in transformational work.

It’s not about numbing or escaping- but about opening: opening to more awareness, emotional availability, and space to shift old patterns.

When used in a supported process, microdosing can soften inner resistance, enhance neuroplasticity, and create space between reaction and choice.
It often helps clients access insights and emotions that were unreachable through thinking alone.

I integrate microdosing as a gentle facilitator- not as the focus, but as a doorway. Combined with coaching, embodiment, and relational work, it can support real, lasting transformation.
