TRE®(tension and trauma release exercises) guides you to your body’s natural stress release mechanism. Activating this release mechanism allows built up stress and traumas, in the form of stuck energy in your system, to release. Trauma and tension come in many shapes and forms; it can be a physical accident or operation, a stressful job, relationship problems or even being too involved in watching the news.
