A brief video call before we begin to explore whether this is the right fit for you, clarify your intentions, and tailor the approach to your needs. - Preparation Week
You’ll receive clear guidance on how to prepare your body and mind, including info on different types of fasts, common symptoms, how to navigate them, and how to break the fast safely. - Daily Video Sessions
Each day you’ll receive a pre-recorded video with insights into fasting, physiology, and tips to support your process. - Yoga & Movement Support
Access to two gentle public yoga classes on my website, plus two private YouTube sessions to nourish your body during the fast. - Private Daily Check-In (via WhatsApp or Signal)
Each day, you can check in with me personally, via voice note or message, for encouragement, questions, and emotional support. - Closing Coaching Call (Zoom, 20 min)
After your fast, we’ll meet again for a short session to reflect, integrate, and talk through next steps. This is your time to process and complete the experience with support.
